SALINE GARGLE

Have mouth ulcers? A hole in the tooth? Are the gums around your pre molars and molars swollen?
Try a warm saline gargle using half a glass of warm water and a teaspoonful of salt three times daily.

This relieves pain and discomfort drastically by up to 50%. It also kills bacteria, reduces swelling and encourages healing.
However, this is only a temporary relief for those with holes in their teeth. You may want to see your dentist for an RCT (root canal therapy) or an extraction.
